The FTS management and technical team has specific expertise in water treatment solutions utilizing forward osmosis and complimentary wastewater filtration technologies. Management has specific intellectual property development, skills and expertise in commercializing forward osmosis systems with capability to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) meeting the most stringent regulatory requirements.

Our mandate is to advance forward osmosis technology and create cost-effective solutions for customers in industrial, municipal, humanitarian, government, NGO and retail consumer markets.

Keith Lampi

President

As President of Fluid Technology Solutions (FTS), Keith Lampi is responsible for operations for industrial waste water systems and personal hydration solutions including product research, development, commercial membrane manufacturing. With over 25 years of industry experience, Keith was an early pioneer in forward osmosis separations and applications, and is a leading expert in the economic recovery of contaminated wastewater.

Prior to FTS, Keith was the co-founder and Vice President of Operations for Hydration Technology Innovations, the first company in the world to commercialize forward osmosis water treatment technology for industrial and consumer applications.  Keith is the co-author and co-applicant of numerous papers, patents and presentations focusing on forward osmosis. As an industry expert, he has presented his research at numerous industry conferences including American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA), North America Membrane Society (NAMS), American Waste Water Association (AWWA), and the International Desalination Association (IDA).

Keith holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Linfield College and an M.S. in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from Oregon State University.

Stephen Vitkauskas

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Vitkauskas brings over 30 years of proven leadership in corporate financial management and strategic planning to his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Fluid Technology Solutions. He is extremely well versed in driving and creating scalable revenue and financial strategies in high tech and industrial manufacturing environments.

Prior to FTS, Stephen served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple corporations including L-3 Security and Detection Systems, MHQ, Test Devices and Nelco. Also experienced in the water and wastewater treatment industries, Stephen spent a combined total of 13 years working for Koch Membrane Systems and Ionics (later acquired by GE Water & Process Technology), both based in Massachusetts.

Stephen holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He also holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Taxation from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
