FTS H2O Attends EuroMed 2026

FTS H2O President Keith Lampi presented “Lessons Learned: Delivering High-Recovery Brine Through Osmotically Assisted Reverse Osmosis (OARO) at the European Desalination Association’s 2026 EuroMed conference in Morocco. The presentation highlighted more than 25 years of FTS H2O’s experience developing and commercializing OARO technologies, sharing key lessons learned in membrane design, energy optimization, brine concentration, and resource recovery. Attendees gained insight into how progressive salt-permeation membranes can achieve high-brine concentrations while reducing energy consumption and operating costs compared to conventional thermal processes. The session also explored emerging opportunities for OARO in seawater valorization, critical minerals recovery, industrial wastewater treatment, and high-recovery desalination applications, underscoring FTS H2O’s role in advancing sustainable water and resource recovery solutions worldwide.
